She is at John Street, Lincoln. Her mother is listed as ‘Takes in Lodgers’. Florence and her brother, Thomas, are unlisted. There are two boarders: Jesse Needham (b. 1862) an ‘Iron Moulder’, and Vincent Ingham (b. 1867), a ‘Wood Turner’.

In 1901 – 

She is at 39 John Street, Lincoln. Florence, her mother, her sister-in-law (Eleanor Friswell (b. 1875)) and nephew (Alexander Friswell (b. 1901)). Her brother, George, is listed as ‘Solicitors Clerk’. Her mother is listed as widow but her dad appears to still be alive – then on 1911 census it suggests she is still married but her husband is not in the house.

In 1911 – 

She is at 19 Talbot Road, Winton as a boarder. Walter Tweedy (b. 1864) is listed as ‘Butchers Bookkeeper’. His wife, Margaret Tweedy (b. 1864), is unlisted. There is a servant, Caroline Maud Pratten (b. 1886). There are two boarders: Louisa Warren (b. 1854) and Arthur Warren (b. 1889), an ‘Architect’. Florence is a boarder and listed as ‘School teacher’.  

In 1921 – 

She is at 15 Gratwicke Road, Worthing. Her husband is listed as ‘Leaded Light Maker’. Florence and her mother are unlisted.

In 1939 – 

She is at 87 Cambridge Road, Twickenham. Her husband is listed as ‘Compositor (Printing)’. Florence is unlisted. Their daughter, Rita, is listed as ‘Civil Servant (Clerical)’.
