It looks like it describes her as ‘Step-Sister’. She is at 51 Chestergate, Stockport, Chesire. The head of the house, is Edward Radcliffe (b. 1838), listed as ‘Provision Dealer’. There is also, his wife, Ann Ratcliffe (b. 1833) and two daughters; Eleanor Ratcliffe (b. 1859) and Sarah Ratcliffe (b. 1861). There is also Edward’s cousin, Sarah Nicolson (b. 1809) and listed as ‘Housekeeper’. Harriet is unlisted.

She is at 49 Montanta Street, Gorton, Chorlton. Harriet and her son, Vernon, are unlisted. 

In 1911 – 

She is at 49 Montanta Street, Gorton, Chorlton. Her husband is listed as ‘Outdoor Foreman Fitter’. She is unlisted. Their son, Vernon, is listed as ‘Accountant’. 

In 1921 – 

She is at 49 Montana Street, South Manchester. Her husband is listed as ‘Foremans Fitters’. Harriet is unlisted. Her son, Vernon, is listed as ‘Clerk’.
