Her aunt, Kate Findlater (b. 1859), is listed as ‘Teacher of Music’. Her aunt, Maria Findlater (b. 1861), is listed as ‘Needlewoman’. 

In 1901 – 

She is at 2 Chatham Street, Newark. Her father is listed as ‘Auctioneer’s Clerk’. Her mother, her siblings (Jessie, Eva and Dorothy) and her paternal grandmother, Martha Taylor (b. 1821), are unlisted. Her sister, Lilly, is listed as ‘Student at Teacher’s Training College’. Her sister, Maria, is listed as ‘Assistant Schoolmistress’. Kate is listed as ‘Pupil Teacher’. Her brother, Robert, is listed as ‘Grocer’s Apprentice’. Her brother, Arthur, is listed as ‘Apprentice in Ironmonger’s Office’. 

In 1911 – 

She is at 7 Crown Street, Newark. Her father is listed as ‘Accountant’s Clerk’. Her mother is unlisted. Kate is listed as ‘Certificated Assistant Mistress’. Her brother, Arthur, is listed as ‘Shorthand Typist Clerk’. Her sister, Jessie, is listed as ‘Assistant Mistress’. Her sister, Eva, is listed as ‘Apprentice Millinery’. Her aunt, Kate Findlater (b. 1859), is listed as ‘Formerly Lady’s Companion’.

In 1939 – 

She is at 1 Upper Elms Road, Aldershot. Kate and Anna O’Hara are listed as ‘Head Teacher’.
