In Committee of Management Book June 1868 – 

Mentions ‘Annie Ducker the student named to the Committee at the two last meetings has proved too weak to stand our work she has left finally with very warm thanks from her parents for what we done and tried to do for her’.

In 1881 – 

She is at 189 George Street West, Birmingham. Annie and a boarder, Annie Harvey (b. 1858), are listed as ‘Teacher’. Her son, Harry P Briggs (b. 1875), is unlisted. There is a servant, Ellen Daniells (b. 1864).
