She is at Vyse Street, Birmingham. Her father is listed as ‘Engraver Employing 3 Boys’. Emily, her mother and siblings (Kate, Clara and Richard) are unlisted. Her uncle, Joseph Brown (b. 1842), is listed as ‘Jeweller’. There is a servant, Julia Quinn (b. 1858).

In 1881 –
